Dr. Richard Bartlett holds a doctorate in chiropractic from Parker Chiropractic College and a degree in naturopathic medicine from Bastyr University. Dr. Bartlett is the developer of Matrix Energetics, Master Energy Dynamics, and Holo-Synchronous Energetic Technology Systems.
