Possibly due to a prediction by Boriska in the PROJECT CAMELOT interview we conducted back in October 2007 about the Great Sphinx or other statements about his past life on Mars, dozens of MAINSTREAM BRITISH PAPERS have stolen my video footage and posted it to their online papers along with my still photos from the video.
I have now sent the following notification to these papers: THE SUN, THE MIRROR, DAILY MAIL ONLINE, THE EXPRESS.CO.UK, DAILY STAR, THE METRO, AND FINANCIAL EXPRESS and possibly others….
REGARDING THEIR STORIES ON BORISKA …ALL STORIES HAVE VIOLATED MY COPYRIGHT BY ILLEGALLY USING MY VIDEO FOOTAGE AND PHOTOS.

Get compensation. Search London based lawyers on no-win no-fee basis and tell them you are looking for a no-fee lawyer to get compensation for unauthoritzed use of your footage and images by media. They’ll get compensation for you. Just make sure you tell them that their legal fees would be IN ADDITION to compensation and not included in it. Also, you would not be paying initial consultation fees.
WoW.. Nasty!!!! Please keep as posted with the development.
Hi Kerry I am a huge follower of Project Camelot and love you. In regards to Boriska I thought you might like to know I live in Australia and a show called The Project also ran the same brief story on Boriska which was your interview. They didn’t give credits to Project Camelot either. This show is a panel of about 4 people whom take off the recent news stories of that day. This was aired on Friday night the 10 th of November on Channell Ten/Win. I am trying to bring up a clip of it to send to you. If not I am sure with your skills you will be able to access it as I am not very computer savvy. Wendy
Its a real shame that corporate news companies feel they have no interest in paying for hard worked for documentary information, can us seize hold of it and use it indiscriminately. Kerry is not a big organization, you’d think they would have some common decency and pay *something* that was conceived, developed and produced that is of wide interest. I will stop here and not use profanity!
