THE CURRENT BLACK BUDGET

Let’s play the numbers game.

Back in 1995, Phil Schneider, an engineer who worked on building underground bases (D.U.M.B.s) and black projects stated the following with regard to what the government was spending on BLACK PROJECTS:

…”The Black Budget is a secretive budget that garners 25% of the gross national product of the United States. The Black Budget currently consumes $1,25 trillion per year. At least this amount is used in black programmes, like those concerned with deep underground military bases. Presently, there are 129 deep underground military bases in the United States.”— Phil Schneider back in 1995

He went on to say…

“… I have some interesting 1993 figures. There are 29 prototype stealth aircraft presently. The budget from the US Congress five-year plan for these is $245.6 million….You couldn’t buy the spare parts for these black programmes for that amount.  So, we’ve been lied to. The black budget is roughly $1.3 trillion every two years. A trillion is a thousand billion. A trillion dollars weighs 11 tons. The US Congress never sees the books involved with this clandestine pot of gold. Contractors of stealth programmes: EG&G, Westinghouse, McDonnell Douglas, Morrison-Knudson, Wackenhut Security Systems, Boeing Aerospace, Lorimar Aerospace, Aerospacial in France, Mitsubishi Industries, Ryder Trucks, Bechtel, I G Farben, plus a host of hundreds more. Is this what we are supposed to be living up to as a freedom-loving people? I don’t believe so.”– Phil Schneider

In one video, (click here to view) Greer stated between 40-80 billion a year is going into Black projects.  That was in 2001.  This is some discrepancy, if back in ’95 Schneider says Trillions and several years later when we all know they were spending more not less, Greer says Billions…

And, Obama just ok’d a black budget…as this article from Huffington post states:

Obama’s 2014 for INTELLIGENCE/COVERT PROGRAMS is stated to be $59 billion.

…”According to the budget documents, the DoD plans to spend around $58.7 billion on classified programs (fondly known as its “black budget”) in fiscal year 2015, a 1.5 percent increase from the previous year.”

But according to Snowden, the figure for 2013 was….

..”The actual funding lines for America’s spy agencies have been a matter of secrecy until recently, when the Washington Post obtained a $53 billion “black budget” list for fiscal year 2013 from Edward Snowden. “

Snowden is lying too apparently.  Or seriously uninformed.

Now, of course, the public statements by Snowden, Obama and anyone else (not including Greer) are not referring to the REAL BLACK PROGRAMS… So their budget amounts don’t even approximate what the real hidden budget for the Secret Space Program currently is…

Nevertheless, you get the idea.

And Greer’s figure far below what Schneider is stating many years earlier indicates he was at least at the time of his own statement also seriously misinformed.

Everyone, including Greer, seem to be happy to state around 50 billion goes into ‘classified’ programs.  It is absurd to go back and see that back before 2001 when Rumsfeld is alluding to the missing 2.3 trillion dollars from the budget that fast-forward to now they are still using that same range of $50 billion.  Clearly, this is a smoke screen and no one is going back to trace these figures.

The bottomline is understanding the huge discrepancy in what is being said publicly and the reality.  Using Phil Schneider’s figures as a basis one cannot ignore the kind of numbers we are really talking about.  This is where your money is going.
