LaRouche – Federal Indictments of President?

According to this webcast by LaRouche, there are a list of charges being presented to the Federal Court indicting the President.  He does not name the charges… but simply states charges have been made.  He does say the list of charges is greater than presented against any other President in the history of the United States.
