FROM SOMEONE ON LOCATION: …"I am thinking they will wait and see if Obama attacks Iran, or if there is a complete financial collapse — they will claim they are moving their troops in to protect their investments and properties, and their World Court will most likely back that. My contacts tell me the Chinese are wearing Mexican military uniforms…now, the military is all over the place, troop carriers and tanks rolling down the streets, supposedly as a deterrent to drug gangs…but the army guys wear ski masks supposedly so they will not be identified and their families threatened (many of these soldiers turned and went to work for the Zeta Cartel, so that cartel now has its own army, trained in the US!)…the ski masks hide their nationality…"
