This is footage of our grandfather, Daniel M. Salter, giving a lecture at an unknown location in the late 1990’s when he finally started going public about his history with some aspects of his above top-secret military career involving UFO’s and ET’s. His dialogue goes in various directions throughout the lecture, but if you watch the entire video, there are some fascinating pieces of information he shares. You’ll also notice that whoever posted this video spliced in a few somewhat random photos throughout his talk and cut off many parts of his story. However, this individual seemed to know what our grandfather was discussing as you’ll notice in the subtitles, he corrects the name of an author that our grandfather is trying to reference (John E. Mack). Whatever the circumstances were that brought this video from its original location (most likely filmed in Texas or New Mexico) to Brazil and then into our YouTube feed, we are extremely grateful as it is the only footage of our grandfather discussing his testimony that we have found besides the footage that was filmed for Dr. Steven Greer’s Disclosure Project in 2001. And we would like to give a special thanks to Tyler Kiwala of The Journey to Truth Podcast for cleaning up the audio on this video file as the original version (converted from VHS) had a lot of background noise that made it difficult to follow.
