This is an updated version of the presentation I gave a few days ago at my yearly Awake & Aware conference in Watford, England at High Elms Manor. 

Summary:  Back in 1997 then Rear Admiral Thomas Wilson, Deputy Director of the DIA, J2 intelligence for Joint Chiefs went looking for access to an above top secret project hidden in a major DEFENSE CONTRACTOR and was denied access…That project was involved with reverse engineering alien technology.  The SAME THING that Bob Lazar claimed he was doing at S4 in 1989….
