Please go here to view Paul’s clarificatin and correction regarding any supposed shutdown of the Grid on November 13-14th. As noted, although an exercise is taking place they are clearly saying there is no shutdown planned. This is subject to controversy around the net due in part to the FEMA deadlines (October 1st) for preparedness and the trajectory of ISON… We have no guarantee however, that no other “operations” will be activated during this “exercise”.
